Meh! Buy just on sales and if you are a Lovecraft fan. 7/10

Would be a very good game if there was more action and less puzzles. The centrifuge puzzle broke the game for me. The story gets going, the tension is there and bang.... you have to spend a lot of time on a (for me) difficult puzzle with clumsy controls. Not good.

Boy, what can I say about this game? The setting and atmosphere are nailed perfectly. The overall game design is well executed and I definitely felt like I was on Mars - so well done. The puzzles aren't hard but do require basic problem-solving skills (simple to understand, just need patience to solve them). Sound plays a huge part and they nailed this too, contributing to the overall well-made experience.

However, it's in the last act where things fall apart in the narrative. Up until then, a huge amount of story content can be gleaned indirectly as you explore. But the last act feels rushed and very vague beyond the objectives. The ending itself just... well, it ends. The game leaves a lot of unresolved questions, many of which are created in the second-to-last act and was expecting not answers - but resolution to.

Overall, I did enjoy this game and would recommend it on sale if you want a quick Lovecraft-like horror story set in space.
