EDIT: Setting my monitor's refresh rate to 60hz seems to have fixed it up.
Yeah same here.
1) Open up the Nvidia Control Panel.
2) Go to Manage 3D Settings in the left hand panel.
3) Click on the "Program Settings" tab so that you're only adjusting settings for Knuckle Sandwich.
4) Select Knuckle Sandwich as the program.
5) Set "Max Frame Rate" to 60 FPS.
I think Intel and ATI cards have a similar set of options in their respective control panels.
I'm not sure why turning off Vsync causes slowdown. Running with these settings seems to fix things.
I honestly thought this was intentional.
