Problem with last wind turbine

I started the blades turning on the last wind turbine, but when I head back towards the door where you can see all 4 of them, that turbine's blades are not turning and I can't open the door it unlocks in the round room.
UPDATE: I had to attach the cable at the top of the turbine. Even though it showed the blades turning when at the top before and not when you look at it from the ground, After attaching the cable, I can see the blades turning from the ground.

Did you insert the second cable on the top of the windmill? Ii won't work without additional cable.

it would be better if the blade wasn't seen turning when near the panel. maybe some kind of hint to say there is still something missing or no electricity.

When you solve a puzzle, electricity restores. Cable just transfer it to door. But you're right, we need to make it more obvious. Thanks.

Ah i see what you mean. Of course. It was seeing that the turbine wasn't turning when viewed from a distance which prompted me to investigate what was wrong. I only went back to the turbine after trying to attach the cable to the door about 20 times! i was convinced there was a glitch for a while. Experience, however, has told me that 99/100 the glitch is with me!

The light on the top of the windmill stays red. I think that was the biggest hint that something was still missing. Maybe make it flash or something?
