Game breaking bug

I was willing to continue playing in spite of the bug that freezes the game after solving any puzzle and having to re-open it and re-solve the last puzzle. However, when this happened at the puzzle with the two panels of colored wires and turning screws, the screws became unmovable after re-opening the game, and I see no other choice other than to delete my save and start over.

Which I'm sorry to say but I'm not willing to do, as there's no guarantee that it won't happen again. I'm giving up on this game but I'm making this post to help getting it fixed for future players.

Kind of super late, but I got the same issue. This game is probably the glitchiest thing I've ever tried to play
