Can someone tell me where the mini events are?

SPOILERS: They are generally the sex based solution to a conversation, require a low reason and sometimes Allure 3.
Left to Right, Top Row:
1)Have sex with Rush (Stop Duel between Rush & Till). Requires allure and/or low reason.
2) Speak to the Shady Man when looking for the old man's chess partner. Requires allure and/or low reason.
3) Speak to the Rambling Old Man after having sold the porno set of photos Serge will eventually produce.
4) Be defeated by the Pitcairn Brothers (must have cleared district C and found family in the sewers).
5) Investigator Metcalfe 1 - Speak to detective after unlocking the 3rd public baths scene (Metcalfe).
6) Investigator Metcalfe 2 - Speak to Investigator Metcalfe a second time, possibly with lower reason.
Left to Right, Bottom Row:
7) Go to the public baths after having unlocked the 4th Scene (gang bang)
8) Haggle with the merchant who sells the filter for Dr Longricke's mask. Choose Allure option.
9) Complete the Secret club mission & see the ring leader shut down (reason will be <25). Must sleep before returning to the club. Go into the room to the North of the first one. Speak to the club member.
10) speak to the police officer in the pub in the NE, after having sold the porno photos.
11) shoot the porno with Serge. Requires Camera to be upgraded with parts found in slums and reason to be very low.
12) haggle with shop keeper when selling the porno photographs. Occurred automatically for me.

Alternatively complete the game with either police or gangster, go into the memories room, go through the gold door and open the chest. You be given an item with the option to unlock all cut scenes. This is a one use item; select NO and it'll be gone from your save file with no chance to re-acquire it.

where do I find them?? I've searched the sewers and there was nothing

There is an open sewer at the left side of the Bathhouse, there will be homeless people inside to trigger the "The Homeless" mini-event which will eventually lead to the Pitcairn Brothers.

The clues he gave is quite misleading as he never mentions which sewer

13. Man or Woman - Bell & Rabbits Pub after losing virginity - talk to man sitting by himself
14. Anal-loving Officer - after selling porn photo to shop, find Officer in North London
15. Officer in need of help - after completing 14 go to Northwest London and find Officer
16. Sleep Assault - Have to have 0 reason and have seen all Bathhouse scenes
17. Duncan - unsure about this one as I only found it after using the unlock item but you end up ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ in the Crown Pub
18. Street Performer - talk to Street Performer after unlocking his 3 H scenes
19. Doll-Maker Christopher 1 - talk to him after finishing his quest
20. Doll-Maker Christopher 2 - rest a day then go talk to him after doing 19
21. Doll-Maker Christopher 3 - rest a day then go talk to him after doing 20
22. Quack Doctor and Students - don't arrest Molesting Quack Doctor, rest a day then go talk to Quack Doctor

For the future players:
I've managed to obtain Duncan scene. In order to get it you have to finish an event with Stubborn Inventor, but DO NOT arrest him (choose heart option). Come back to his house after a day or two and you will witness him moving out and your photos. After that (or u might have to sleep for some time) Duncan will appear in the South-West near the buildings at the bottom of the screen. He IS NOT at the Crown Pub. Hope it will help someone one day.

I can't do 14 and 15.
14. I have sold pictures. I find an Officer in North London, but nothing happens.
15.after completing 14 go to Northwest London and find an Officer, but nothing happened.
Am I doing something wrong?

You need to go to the pub in the northwest first after selling the pics. Talk to the cop in there and you will have an encounter. Then go north area and speak to the cop near the garage to get event 14 then speak to the cop in the alley to get 15.
