We have added your suggestion to make the intensity of the vibration changeable to our feature voting. You can find it online and directly vote for/create ideas here: https://wp.flyingshapes.com/upcoming-features/ (we have called your suggestion "disable haptic feedback")
Do you use a Rift or Rift S with the respective controllers? Besides our plans to add this feature we will take a closer look at your case to make sure there is not a bug which causes the vibration to be more intense than intended.

I just wanted to quickly let you know that in the current version you can disable vibrations in the In-VR-Menu.
Keep these shapes flying!
