You can also check the individual pages for each separate challenge for more details about what's advised for each specific run of each of them.
Personally, I've completed up through step 36 on that list. Although I skipped over step 29 and still haven't gone back for it.
Skipping step 29 is a big source of the inefficiency in how I've been playing through this. The first run of the Real Estate challenge will unlock auto plaza, which I don't really like the sound of and would rather not use until after activating the perk that allows the benefits of the highest ever plaza buildings to be kept through prestige, however the pricing of that perk is ridiculously steep compared to the rate that I can currently pull in perk points. So I'm doing what I can without going through with that, but it's definitely created a big wall in the way of my progress through the game.
Edit: But it sounds like that's all still way ahead of where you're at, anyway. Let's see.. You mentioned Inferno 2 (step 13 on that list), Demons Master 1 (step 6 on that list), In Spiritus 1 (step 10 on that list), and No Conuring 1 (step 9 on that list). According to the wiki, you should have completed First Step 1/2/3 and Inferno 1 before going into Demons Master 1. You might also want to have collected all of the gear up through zone Z6. And the page for Demons Master advises having at least 4000 base mana refill and 1400 base mana power from xp shop purchases.
Oh and I only listed stuff I COULD do right now but didn't wanna start until I get some Information so I didn't complete the demon master challenge yet.
