Insult Emissary diplomatic option feels like cheating

As per title, in just a few turns you can become best friends with the strongest factions for free by throwing insults at every tiny state they're at war with.

This zero cost action raises relations a lot more and a lot faster than giving them actual gifts, which makes no sense.

Being able to pacify the biggest threats in the game this easily removes most of the strategic challenge imho, so I disabled this diplomatic action through the Diplomacy.bsf, but I thought I'd point this out in case the devs still read these forums.

PS: For those interested, it can be disabled by changing line 7485 (under FUNCTION Diplo_Manager_CanDecreaseRelationship) in Data\scripts\Diplomacy.bsf from "bCanCreate = TRUE" to "bCanCreate = FALSE".
