Extreme lag when I try to play the game.

Game is basically unplayable. Other games are fine but when I play Hotel R'N'R, I get extreme FPS lag. I have not seen how much with software but I estimate around 5-10. I have tried looking for graphics options but it is not visible. Is there something I'm doing wrong? Thanks....

Cheats would be nice.

Sometimes you just want to beat up a hotel room without a time limit or hurting yourself. Cheats or a Sandbox mode (where you don't earn money) would be really cool. Additionally there could be a padlock for the door as an expensive endgame item, so only security comes in....

Moving/Throwing a TV?

How in the actual hell do you pick up or throw a TV properly? I’m trying to do the Cliche challenge on The Loco Lounge, which requires throwing a TV and other objects into the pool two stories below, but for the life of me I can’t get the damn boob tube over the railing. I’ve noticed the “lift with your back” style of grabbing it and lifting it, along with picking it up slowly, helps with vertical height, but the character drops it before I get it anywhere horizontally.
