Need Help - Phone wont stop glitching

Maybe I'm here on the wrong adress, cause I play the phone Version - but I don't know what to do at this point. I'm stucking in the Scene after I first talked to her Friends where the Background changes (detective). I know because of an Video, that this is supposed to last 10 seconds or somethin but my phone is glitching for 30 min now. I can't do anything and no matter where I click nothing changes. I went trough the trouble of reading all the chats and media etc. and now I did this Research 10-15 times, because the game forces me to quit, but doesn't let me save or gives me a hint what to do.

Restart and go to settings and lower your options. It worked for me it could work for you

Just tried that and my phone still keeps glitching. I just gets stuck in an animation loop and I'm forced to close the game.
Is this part a puzzle? I'm legit confused. I watched a couple of videos of people playing and getting through this part on their first try, yet, I've been trying for like half an hour by now.

EDIT: So, I think I managed to solve this. It seems like this part of the game is tied to the performance of the phone, so in order to go through this without running into any issues, you simply have to make your phone prioritize performance. I'm guessing decreasing the graphics also plays a part on this.

Did you explore all chats except "New Beginnings"? You need to scan Chats with "Rex", "Mina" and "Ayra" before you entered in Chat "New Beginning" ,or it will keep glitching and you need to restart. If everything goes well, phone will be still glitching but you can tap app icons and Maya in the background will turn around and "look at" you. The phone will soon reboot.
