Soft locked? [POTENTIAL SPOILERS]

I seem to be stuck. I'm at a certain point in the game, where I think I may have made a decisions that I wasn't supposed to before certain other things. Because of this, I literally can't make progress. It won't let me talk with the people who (I think) I'm supposed to, and I can't continue with the "quest" I started. More elaboration is found below, BUT THIS CONTAINS HEAVY SPOILERS. DO NOT READ IF YOU DON'T WANT TO BE SPOILED.
I got to the point where I needed to essentially interregate the three suspects (playing as detective) after gathering evidence against them. I gathered ALL of the evidence for all three cases before continuing. I then started with Arya, got a good(?) result, and it started her "quest" to get the totem from Maya's gym locker. After that, I'm stuck. I can't message anyone else, and there doesn't seem to be any way to continue. (And yes, I figured out what the locker combination is but I can't do anything with it since I can't text Arya back).

What is the last message that Arya sent?

We believe may be related to do ALT-TAB meanwhile game is saved. We are into it.

If this is true, I can confirm I MIGHT have alt-tabbed when it was saving. I don't remember exactly, but I do alt+tab somewhat frequently.

We are checking it. Could be this or could be some clue you didn´t found, could you answer Ravonmith about the last message Arya sent to you?

So Arya is asking you to find the locker number right? where do you find this information? Also have you been in Kimera and clicked on the TRM Advertisement?

I checked the TRM ad and got a idol card earlier ingame. I think I got the information from decrypting a file via inputting maya's gym photo on the warden app

I'm in the same boat as Nixmachine. I decrypted an email that included how to deduce the locker combo. I also downloaded the schedule from the gym website. I clicked the TRM advertisment and got the card a while back.

Uhh, who is Ravonmith? If your referring the the detective I also can't chat with him.

I'm having the same issue. I interrogated Arya first, started the totem quest, and now can't do anything. The last message from Arya is "it'll take me awhile to get to the gym. text me when you have the info" I have the locker picture with the combo but can't message Arya back nor anyone else.

You have to do the TRM advert a second time to keep progressing. :)

Dothal is right, you need to open Kimera app and scroll down until you have to do TRM.

tbh it would be better giving some hint - like a 'new message' from Kimera.

Hi, there's a second TRM sequence which you need to experience through Kimera. The game will only progress after getting another card from this session. Can you enter Kimera and see if you can initiate this second TRM sequence? please update here if this works for you.

Yes the comments above are correct. Kimera does have a new message notification for the new TRM content though. It's possible this gets reset by reloading the game. We will try to improve the game flow for this section in a future update. Thanks for the feedback.
