Running Space Quest using ScummVM (SQ 1-5) and Dosbox (SQ6) for Win 10

Runnign Space Quest 1-5 using ScummVM

Using ScumVM will give you both audio and mouse support for SQ 1-5.

1. Dowload scummVM here: https://www.scummvm.org/downloads/
2. Install.
3. Start ScummVM.
4. Configure graphics: [Options]>[Graphics]. Graphics mode:3x and check: Full screen.
This will get you going, fiddle with these to your pleasure.
5. Point to your games: [Add Game]
6. Click: [Go Up] till you see your drives.
7. Choose your SQ install path in the Steam directory for each SQ 1-5 game (6 does not run in ScumVM)
ie: D:\Steam\steamapps\common\Space Quest Collection\sq1vga
8. Play Game.

Space Quest 6 can be played using Dosbox.

1. Copy your SQ6 directory from your steam dir to the root of one of your HDD's to make the commands easier. For example to d:\SQ6.
2. Download Dosbox here: https://www.dosbox.com/d
3. Install and run Dosbox
3. Iput the following commands in Dosbox
5. Loadfix (loads memory)
6. Mount d: d:\sq6
7. sierra -o resource.cfg
8. Alt-Enter for full screen.
