Well at least Death Wish works perfectly fine
Because NightDive actually knew what they were doing, too bad that the Atari didn't

I downloaded it. Is there a Mod Folder or something to put it in?

Addons. Duh, I'm a big dummy.

I'd just use NBlood. It's a shame that Atari didn't give Nightdive more time.

Atari are a bunch of stingy irrelevant bastards

i dont even know what to use. im stuck with either the remaster or nblood as i havent played the original dos edition so i dont care about the 'original' and purist gameplay. any suggestions or guides to which to pick any1?

What is the issue between Nightdive and Atari?
RoyaleWare_X51 Oct 16, 2020 @ 9:57pm
No wonder Night Dive haven't update this update anymore ?! Screw Atari ! This game needs an update. Some of the netcode are still broken, especially in multiplayer

The thing I like on this version is the difficulty customization in single player feature is very pleasant, imo. The voxel and other feature settings are pretty good as well. Otherwise, the gameplay accuracy are still inconsistent and some of the level are buggy, somewhere. If only all of those issue are fixed, I wouldn't need GDX nor Nblood anymore

Can anyone help me with getting the seedy midi soundtrack to work in death wish?

I downloaded the soundtrack and copied the nblood/fs contents into the death wish folder in my addons section of fresh supply, but it only seems to be the cd soundtrack that will work for me.

they were .ogg files so I assume thats why the cd soundtrack is working, but how do it get the midi one working?

Did you also grab the midi files? Check the readme again. When you launch it via nblood you should see a dw.ini and a dwmus.ini

dwmus.ini is how you launch with midi. Hope that is clear enough. I can't recall if the midi files were a separate download or a separate folder in the zip.

Deathwish is so damn good. I don't usually play mods either but this thing feels like a full studio made it
