Best custom difficulty?

Anyone find the best balance yet? The only thing that I can handle and just feels unfun is the hit scan.

What does enemy health scaling meaning on high? Will it give them a large amount of health?

Not that much, only really significant on bosses. Weapons in this game are very strong and kill quickly plus there is plenty of ammo to go around.

I keep everything on medium except for enemy count, I set that to high. It's a good balance of difficulty in my opinion, cultists can still shred through you though if you're not careful enough (as it should be)

Its the bottom difficulty, called "Made to Order". I struggled with this as well, because I just assumed it was the hardest difficulty lol. I recommend putting enemy count on very high! Everything else on high except damage, put that on normal lol. You'll still get melted by hitscanners. I love this game.
