Windows 8 missing DLL

I got this game from gog but due to not liking the forums on gog im asking here, for some reason im missing d3dcompiler.dll but whenever i look it up all the fixes require windows 7 or lower, is there even a fix to this?

That file is part of directx, and should have been installed on your system by now, unless you haven't installed many games on that system? Here is the link to the installer:

If that doesn't fix the problem, I don't know what to tell you.

run the KB4019990 in the redist folder, it fixed it for me
