Would the Blood Upscale pack work with this?

I asked about it in another thread and was told the mod author has no plans to make it compatible with Fresh Supply

You can still get GDX to work with fresh supply by copying the files into the folder, but it doesn't work with nightdives port yet that I know of. Here's some screens of it from gdx at 1080p, trilinear filtering, 16af.

Ahh, that sucks. I wonder what it would take to port it to Fresh Supply. It's hard to go back to GDX' sloppy aiming (Even if GDX is better in some other areas atm tho patches are closing the gap) so I'm prolly gunna wait until someone either makes their own pack for Fresh Supply or someone finds a way to make that one compatible.

The latest version of the upscale mod works with NBlood which has better aiming than GDX.

Yes, it works with both NBlood and BloodGDX and I think the game looks much better with it. I hope that Nightdive too will add support for upscale packs and also offer one.
