Dreamer's Inn buyers ("Retiring" quest)
[Mild spoiler alert] For those of you you had the chance to find someone take over Dreamer's Inn for Marina, who did you pick?

The three buyer candidates are Gabriel, Olga, or Gilden. This is what I know so far, from personal testing in DD version 2.2:

Gabriel - Lost & Found:
Gabriel can be found in the Inn in the mornings and evenings. He wears a black suit, glasses, and has silver hair.
If he buys the Inn, you'll be able to buy "lost & found" items. Each day, Gabriel will offer one of five sets for sale (and I underlined items that I found to be especially noteworthy):

Golden Ring (Gift) - 600 (Papillon: 2500, Pawn: 500) - Romance gift.
Stronga Fish (Food) - 400 (Pawn: 25) - Permanent ATK +1. More expensive that Red Beef at the Restaurant (120 gold), but can be consumed on any party member and bought en masse, and is WAY cheaper than the Protein Snacks from the Gym (7500 gold).
Lime Vial (Potion) - 50 (Pawn: 15) - Permanent AGI +1, only if used in battle (but also damages and paralyzes the target). Really cheap for such a substantial and permanent benefit on any party member!
Vulnera (Sword) - 900 (Pawn: 250) - ATK +32. DEF -4. 25% chance of poison on target.
Energy (Heavy Shield) - 1200 (Pawn: 600) - DEF +14. AGI -11. Resists energy damage.
-----------------
Hand Bag (Gift) - 600 (Buy: 3500, Pawn: 500) - Romance gift.
Teleport (7) (Scroll) - 3000 (Pawn: 1000) - Teleports you to floor 7 in the dungeon via Warren.
Gender Potion (Potion) - 2500 (Pawn: 4500) - Drinking it supposedly "changes your gender", but it doesn't work when used on the party or just the MC. Exploit: 2000 gold profit when pawned, and you can buy up to 99 at a time.
Ghiaccio (Staff) - 2600 (Pawn: 1300) - Ice element. ATK +23. DEF -5. MAT +26. AGI +4. Resists mute.
Stormbearer (Light Armor) - 1350 (Pawn: 750) - DEF +33. MDEF +14. Halves thunder/air damage.
-----------------
Diamond+1 (Dagger) - 900 (Pawn: 450) - ATK +26. AGI +5.
FullHeal (Scroll) - 300 (Pawn: 50) - Fully restores the party's HP!
Power Rod (Fishing Rod) - 300 (Fish Shop: 1800, Pawn: 300) - Highest level rod.
Crystal Ball (Home Decor) - 550 (Papillon: 2000, cannot be pawned) - Lets you change menu colors to green, blue, red, yellow, or back to black at MC's home. Buying more than one is a waste of money and does nothing.
Batwing (Enemy Drop) - 20 (Pawn: 4) - Can be used to craft potions via the Alchemist.
-----------------
Dark essence (Enemy Drop) - 120 (Pawn: 20) - Can used to craft potions via the Alchemist.
Pudding (Ring Accessory) - 80 (Pawn: 40) - Max HP and MP +50. AGI and LCK +3.
Silver (Staff) - 1000 (Pawn: 250) - Max MP +120, but decreases other stats: ATK and DEF -10. MAT +0. MDEF and AGI -9. LCK -8. (Note: +120 MP isn't accurate, was +96 on Ark.)
Enchanted (Light Shield) - 1500 (Pawn: 950) - DEF +16.
Trap (Scroll) - 100 (Pawn: 50) - Reveals all traps on the current dungeon floor.
-----------------
Poseidon (Sword) - 200 (Pawn: 225) - Ice element. 25 gold profit when pawned.
Spider (Ring Accessory) - 380 (Pawn: 115) - AGI and LCK +10%.
Hossu (Dagger) - 550 (Pawn: 225) - 50% chance of AGI down on target.
Protection+4 (Ring Accessory) - 200 (Pawn: 100) - DEF +16.
Life Potion (Potion) - 200 (Pawn: 25) - Medium HP recovery; heals paralysis.
-----------------

Olga - Food:
Olga can be found in Daimon's fish shop (at the Beach) in the mornings or The Flower King pub in the daytime. She wears a white robe, glasses, and has light green hair.
If she buys the Inn, you'll be able to buy food items. The menu is limited and doesn't seem to vary:

Tempura - 300 - Recovers 500 HP.
Tuna Salad - 800 - Recovers 900 HP.
Dark Chocolate - 500 - Recovers from fury, confusion, paralyze, or sleep.
White Chocolate - 500 - Recovers from poison, blind, or mute.

To me, although her (limited) story for buying the Inn is nice, what she offers pales in comparison to what Gabriel can offer. Her inventory is too limited and not too exciting.
-----------------

Gilden - New Merchants & Townsfolk:
Gilden owns and runs The Flower King pub and can be very easily found behind the bar during its open hours. He wears a green and gold vest has black hair and a mustache.
If he buys the Inn, his son who you may have tutored will return from the Academy (which is odd) to run the now-named King's Inn and...well, this is where I'm confused. I've spent many days running around town to see what changed, but the kid is all I'm seeing so far, and his dialog is lame and leads nowhere meaningful. According to a guide or two, choosing Gilden makes new merchants and people show up, but WHO are they, and where? How do I encounter them? And, what do they do?

Until I can get complete info, I can't make a decision between the three of these people.

Who did you pick? Do you have more info on the new merchants and townsfolk after picking Gilden?
