does anyone have a complete list of what stats each Food and Drink you can buy does.
Also are they permanent buffs?
Thanks in advance.

There's not a lot of info out there on this, is there? Haha.

Well, I just collected as much info as I could find directly from the latest version of the game today to make sure it's correct. This is what I have so far. Also, scrolls and potions can restore HP, MP, statuses, or give temporary or permanent boosts, so I'm including those, too.

Purchasable portable consumables - these are added to your inventory when bought from the vendor.

Dreamer's Inn Lost & Found Shop - If Gabriel takes over the Inn, these are the "lost & found" consumable items he sells:
Stronga Fish - 400 - Permanent ATK +1. More expensive that Red Beef at the Restaurant (120 gold), but can be consumed on any party member and bought en masse, and is WAY cheaper than the Protein Snacks from the Gym (7500 gold).
Lime Vial - 50 - Permanent AGI +1, only if used in battle (but also damages and paralyzes the target). Really cheap for such a substantial and permanent benefit on any party member!
FullHeal - 300 - Fully restores the party's HP (for only 300 gold per scroll...!)
Life Potion - 200 - Medium HP recovery; heals paralysis.

Dreamer's Inn Food Shop - If Olga takes over the Inn, she sells these (mostly mundane) food items:
Tempura - 300 - Recovers 500 HP. (Can also be crafted in the kitchen at home.)
Tuna Salad - 800 - Recovers 900 HP. (Can also be crafted in the kitchen at home.)
Dark Chocolate - 500 - Recovers from fury, confusion, paralyze, or sleep.
White Chocolate - 500 - Recovers from poison, blind, or mute.

Dreamer's Inn Food Shop - If Marina keeps the Inn and decides to start cooking food, you can buy food from her. I didn't do this, so I don't have any info on what foods are available.

Bridge Vendor - The vendor here sells a few items, including potions and scrolls, some of which are:
Life Elixir - 1800 - Great HP recovery; heals paralysis.
Mana (scroll) - 1800 - Fully recovers MP.

Gym Shop - Barry sells a few food items that boost stats:

Red Fish - 1500 - Recovers some HP.

OH! Well, I'm afraid it's certainly not complete, though, but if you've already started a Food & Drink guide on here, then go for it. I was thinking of doing the same thing anyway. :)

Just keep in mind that I haven't managed to compare some information. But, I did a lot of the typing and looking up for you. Some vendors have random stock, such as the one at the Bridge.

Thank you, I had already done some of these but hadnt been able to confirm all the stat increase.

Do you know how long alcohol lasts? for me it appears to be really random.

Ill start adding some of your information to my guide and reference your Steam user name (unless you want a different name or prefer to stay anonymous.

I don't have any idea about alcohol's duration (either the positive affect, or the drunk status). No, go ahead and credit "nateraade". I'm fine with that. :)

I have now updated my guide with your information and have credited you. hopefully we can work together to find more information.

After reaching D28 (though it could have been triggered at D24, I went all the way to D28), the Gym adds another item to the shop:
Resistance Tonic - 1500 (level 2), 800 (level 3) - Boosts your defense for a while. Only usable in battle.

There are likely more items added to other shops, still checking the city.
