Keyboard Controlls?

When I got this game, it didn't say it was VR ONLY or VR SUPPORTED. In fact, it doesn't even describe in the hardware description what VR equipment is supported, so I had made - and probably the wrong call on my part - the assumption that it was perfectly playable without any VR Equipment, which unfortunately, is the predicament that I am in.

Was I wrong in assuming that the lack of any VR ONLY information in the description has lead me down the path where I can not play this game with just a keyboard and mouse? Does this game support at least game controllers?

I have seen where others have also posted this question - usually in a form of berating and slagging the developers, but haven't seen much in the way of actual answers. One post from another player mentioned that they had figured out the keyboard controls through experimentation, but provided no further explanation, and I've been at this for several hours now and I'm getting a tad peeved.

Any assistance on this would be helpful. Even a location of a keyboard map file for the game would be wonderful.
