Ive been trying to figure out how to activate ovr advanced settings can someone help me out?

We are a steamVR overlay application your game must run SteamVR (some games will run oculus SDK over SteamVR in STeam and in that case you won't be able to use us.

There should be a cog/gear wheel on the dashboard with "ADV" on it, you simply click that.

If you click that and nothing appears you may need to set OVRAS to run on your vr gpu.

Solution for Nvidia GPU's: go to Nvidia Control Panel -> manage 3D settings -> Program Settings -> add Advanced Settings, and change OpenGL Rendering GPU to the GPU your VR is connected to.

Solution for Windows (1803+): go to Settings -> System -> Display -> Select Classic App and Browse for AdvancedSettings.exe -> Click Options -> Select High Performance
