ArtRage Studio Pro failed to start (error code 80)

I get this error code every time I try to boot the application, if the application is booted from windows and not steam the application load error is P:0000065432, when I try to verify the cache files it tells me that 1 file failed to verify but will be required, however this does not fix the problem.

Never mind this problem it was fixed
