How to report a crash/bug.

Oh, hey there Landlord!
We are sorry to hear that you're experiencing issues within the game and we would love to find a solution for every single problem out there!
To do so, we need to receive the following information from you:

1. Your system specification

2. A brief description of your issue (attaching screenshots of the issue will speed up the process)

3. The log files, as well as the save files found in The Tenants game folder, might come in very handy!

HOW TO LOCATE THE LOG AND SAVE FILES:
Paste "%appdata%/../LocalLow/Ancient Forge Studio/The Tenants" in the Windows Explorer address bar and find 2 files called Player.log and Player-prev.log. There's also the "Save Files" folder which we'll need as well. Send the log files and the save folder to us by email ([e-mail]) and don't forget about including the information from points 1. and 2.

Of course, in case of some minor bugs you might also post about your issue in this forum section! If it's a serious one though (one makes the game unplayable), posting it here might not give us enough information, hence the above instruction.
