"Sold too cheap" issue for Jobs

I am pretty sure I am negotiating well above the fixed price and I'm making a profit, however, every Open House job I'm doing results in failure due to it being sold to cheap...any thoughts please? Thanks

Issue is their desired profit margin is not in any way indicated to the player.

Ah okay this is a known issue and being worked on still, so it would be best to avoid the open houses in Manhattan for now 🙏
