But some things that can help increase your own is to rework your apartments as you level up and unlock more items. It's helpful to try to raise your room prestige scores to at least an A (75) but as you become more experienced with this it's better to try go to for an A (100+) score for each room which helps your apartment scores which are taken into consideration during open houses. It's also good to remember what tags are associated with your place and find tenants that may fit them as this will allow them to want to pay more. Also not to settle on people that think the place is "fine" It's better to go for exceptional, but not to settle for anything less than good. Hope some of this helps!
