When coming update 'Manhattan ?

I've been waiting Manhattan since lunched this game I really wish I could play.
when is that coming out this year? or not? I really wanna play new map

If you look at the roadmap (https://www.playthetenants.com/res/roadmap.png) we just had the major update number 1 Tenancy Update. Manhattan is major update number 4.

Not sure why it didn't when I posted it, since I just copied what was there.

The roadmap shows these:
1) Tenancy Update
2) Renovation Update
3) Landlord Update
4) Manhattan Update
5) 1.0 Launch (with surprises)
