Stuck in loading screen

When i start the game the screen stucks but the music still continues! What can i do?

My best guess would be that you just have to wait. My game loads awefully slow after 0.55, even though my rig isn't exactly "slow".

Yeah, everything after 0.55 is awfully slow. The phone app lagged before, but now it's worse.

Anyone else with an AMD GPU getting this.
My log file says the following ( amongst other things).

Same problem! I bought the game yesterday and the circle is stuck at like 90%? Music keeps playing and that's it. Waited for 20 minutes and nothing happend. Applied for a refund.

Everybody, I've solved it! This is because the cloud service function on steam is turned off. You need to turn on the cloud service in the settings and turn on the cloud archive in the game properties, so that you can enter the game directly!

Solved it too! By turning off cloud functions in game preferences AND in Steam preferences :)

If you've bought the game in the last two days and have issues launching the game, please try the following:
1) Navigate to "C:\Users\YOURUSERNAME\AppData\LocalLow\Ancient Forge Studio\The Tenants"
2) Create a new empty folder there named "Save Files"
3) Launch the game

I apologize for the inconvenience and we'll be pushing a patch to fix this particular bug asap.
The Cloud Service workaround is a valid solution too.

We've released the 0.552b patch which should fix this issue. If you haven't got the newest update yet, try restarting Steam.
