Cant interact with tenant

I unlocked the first apartment and have someone living there. I'm able to click on the apartment and get that window with utilities and stuff but I'm not able to interact or click with the tenant itself. I can't do services, give gifts or negotiate a new lease. What could it be?

I currently have the same problem with the campavan and have no idea what to do about it 🙃

When you say you 'can't', is it because it's greyed out?

No, I cant directly click on the tenant sometimes to research, etc. I found a work around by bringing up the apartment menu and clicking on the tenants picture there instead.

Oh yes, I have this, it's just bad UI design.
If you can't click them, just exit that menu and start again. :)

When i can’t click on them it’s trying to physically click on their model not in the menu.
