Manhattan Update- Appartment doesn't meet requirements

Hi, I've installed all the possible things I could, like heaters, electricity sockets, water, tv, security,... everything says "installed" but I can't start an Open House because requirements are not fullfilled. What are those exactly because I don't know what else I could install?

Do you have all the items required on the task list on the right side while you're in renovation mode?

I'm updating the apartments I already had, so unless the required furniture changed with the update that should be ok (still have a tenant so can't check).
I started the game again, and now got warnings for water and electricity (before it simply said "installed"), but when I want to install it it says 100% heat coverage and no signs for lack of water or outlets. To make sure I put the whole apartment full but the warnings in the update-menu stay. I must be missing something?

Can you possibly send us your save file through the in-game feedback and put "vritto" in the description so I know it's for this

i have the same problem game telling me Heaters need to be installed and i added 4 in the rooms and it still doesnt read that. i just aborted the mission and lost rep for it now.. might just start over now after a new patch comes

I have the same problem, but I use an old save file - really didn't want to start over >_<

Hi, I download the small update this morning and since then the problem seems to be solved for the apartment where I had already installed water etc,...
For the apartments where I newly installed the updates it still gives the warnings at first, but when I close the game and start again the warnings are gone. So I basically need to restart the game to make the game recognize the required elec, water, etc...
I'll try to send the saved game through the in-game feedback.

Hmm that sounds interesting! If you managed to get your save file in we can definitely take a look at it and see what's happening!

I'm having a similar issue. I started a new save file and I had my first 'big' job to renovate a bedroom. Everything in the list is checked to be completed. The prestige is correct too, but it just will not let me finish the job.

Do you have a heater icon on your deliver job button?

I cant anymore because have sold the apartment, that was my only solution.
This bug always happen when you get a renter out and renovate it to put more rooms in it.

Oh I haven't played the game in a while now, If I remember correctly, I left the game and came back, and it was fixed. I don't remember if I just went to main menu and just hit continue, or if I closed the game completely. But thats how I have been fixing that issue.
