Can't Access Job Property Until The Active Issue Is Dealt With?

I keep taking renovation jobs (in the most recent update) where it tells me I can't access the property to either clean or renovate until the active issue (of which there is none) is dealt with. I've tried exiting and re-entering the game, and I've tried rebooting the game entirely. It appears that there's no other option than to just quit the job, in which case I have the issue of 1 star and no payment.

Has someone else had this problem and been able to fix it? Otherwise I'll file a bug report.
