Lol, if you think games looked like this in 1999 I assume you never heard of the playstation, N64, Dreamcast OR pc's. This deliberately looks like it's from around 1993.

Maybe games did not look like this in 1999, but it surely should not look like that in 2020'.

The most problem right here is this might be (?) the stolen game from Dedreek (Uncle Frost Team), because the real developer said it in itch.io forum, and some of his games are still developing, that's why most games aren't on Steam. Hillbilly Apocalypse is very challenging permadeath run 'n gun bloodbath platforming game and Adventure of Pollution Island is weird GBA graphic quite-fun adventure game with nonsensical storyline.
