spyware/trojan?

i head many people say the game is a trojan or it got spyware in it and now i want to know if its true. the anticheat this game got also changed my Registry Editor files and thats kinda weird

idk i dont get waring from antivirus malesbytes and avg. i realized most of them who mentioned about it are using kaspersky antivirus so i dont know. for me i dont think so
