Stuck at 62 percent (solved)

Standing at the lasers with the second wheel in the basement . Just missing that one wheel .
I have found all that is glimting around the world map , inside and outside .
I have found all items from various notes , so far , except one . To which I have read in here , it can be found in the chapel . Which doesn´t work for some reason , so I cannot get the second wing .

On the wall next to the door , in this room , I have to use a code . Something to do with ages from tombstones . No matter what I try of numbers , nothing seems to happen .

How do I get this wheel ?

There's a wheel in the forest right near the thick brush you need a "sharpened" machete for. Can't recall where the other one was.
Code from gravestones is 3,6,7,8

What's the password for the red button on the third floor? The note is not obvious. I don't understand it at all.

If you are thinking to the left of the statues , it is a tricky one . I had to come in here and read a bit to find it .
The answer is in the second half of the note : "for thee one to" .
Translated to numbers : 4312 .
