Trouble with cell signal
I went outside and got a text message and the hint says go up higher in the building to get a signal and so I went out onto the roof but it just keeps saying he should go back inside. Did I miss a step?

Did you find the cracked wall in the corner of a 2nd or3rd floor room in the East tower? Pickaxe it then go onto the roof? East tower area

Yeah I did that and when I walk out onto the roof I just get a message saying it's unsafe and should go back inside.

You have to talk to val then go onto the roof

go outside of the building first > talk to Valerie on the flood 3 > go to East tower > go up> right door>Pickaxe>roof
