Is there a decent walkthrough guide anywhere

ive been looking around but cant find a walk through guide anywhere pdf .

there are a few sped up ones on youtube but a readable one would be better.
im stuck at about 33% progress only 5 raiators cant fix broken one yet just stuck.

UPDATE: The guide I linked is outdated, takes you to approx 70% done, then it ends, stuck on 98% now after completing story with 3 missing pages and no clue how to open the metal chest in the vents...

Key is in the ruined church location in the trees.. You should already have a magnet. Other than Val 16, what are the other pages you're missing?

Could you elaborate on the key's location a bit more, please? Where exactly is it, and how to use the magnet?

I am at the end at 94% completion, missing 8 pages, 1 photo, and 1 scene, I need a skeleton key for the metal chest and I cannot find one anywhere.

well i finished game before i found any walk throughs, not bad effort 98% only 3 pages missing cant work out code for karen in sex chamber elevator , and messed up how the vitimins work so wont get that either
pages missing 1 for amanda 6th one down
and 2 for Katherine 3rd and 4th down. other than those did it all i think.

You can still get the 10X bukake. Just wandering around the building, room to room and you will find 10 vitamin bottles quickly, then just use the transport circle out front of the build to pop back into the woods near the final gathering place. All the characters are there and the girls will still play.
