I'm about fed up with HD2's current state balance wise and only hop on occasionally...Saw a funny review of this game and decided to check the series out...♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ this is so stupidly over the top that it's great. I'm smiling like a kid playing this game

The virgin Helldivers: Constant balance patches, crying about meta, devs chasing a perfect balance that will never exist.

The Chad EDF: Only balance changes happen between games, or if there is a game breaking exploit (maybe).

Every time I play HD2, it just makes me think of EDF.

Now go out and play the older titles. 2017 was on Vita and xbox 360 and was cheesy as hell. EDF 2025/4.1 was released on multiple systems and PC so it is pretty easy to get a copy.

Personally I really enjoy EDF 5, but it doesn't quite have the charm of 2025/4.1 or pure cheese factor of 2017.

I miss the squad randomly breaking into song from 2025.

funny that I have been playing Helldiver 1 alongside EDF 4.1 and 5 on and off since 2016. AH never did a single balance patch, not even once. People never ask for it, and they never did it. In a matter of fact Sandlot had made a lot more questionable balance decision, especially concerning wingdiver and air raiders, during the same period. Now it's all the drama ties to AH's name.

Let's hope what's happening to AH now will never happened to Sandlot.

i wish HD2 played a lot like HD1 did in terms of the balancing. Weapons are a lot more powerful in HD1 and I loved the weapon upgrade mechanic in that game

I was considering getting 4.1 over this game at first, ill be trying out 4.1 soonish

anytime somebody says this about a video game I know i've found something special :).

today was the first time i played 5 in 6 months yet my save messed up because i don't have half the weapons i know i had and armour was 2500 instead of the 10k i had before.

sadly going to do the last few missions to finish story then uninstall and wait for edf 6 to release on steam

The squads randomly sing in this one too. What they sing depends on which mission your on.
