unable to join online mode

Me and a friend are crashing when the "refreshing" message appears.
Anybody know why and/or have the same problem ?

EDF5 for Steam, there is a bug that crashes when the Steam name is long, probably the one with the long name shows up in the lobby list and crashes.

ポータブルアプリなどの常駐アプリが起因している可能性があります。
自分はこれらのアプリを終了させたら、クラッシュが発生しなくなりました。
一度お試しいただければと思います。

Do you have any applications that are permanently resident, such as portable applications?
When I closed those apps, the crash no longer occurred.
