Its better to try it yourself, the best way to know how well it will run on your machine.
But from my experience 5 has better performance than 4.1 since it fix the memory leak especially on online lobbies. Has zero crashes on 5 while theres a few on 4.1
The game isnt that demanding, your PC doesnt have a dedicated GPU, so your gonna have trouble running any modern game. With a intel 4600 HD, you really cant complain. Even something like a GT 710 would improve your gaming experience, they run about 60 dollars. In fact, here is one for 52 dollars

Its not gonna be running anything at max settings, but its way better than no GPU.

Its a much better deal and its 30 dollars more, but you will get over 300% better performance than a gt 710 and dx12 / Vulcan support.
