Need help with mission "Monster Banquet"

Hey all. A recurring thing is monsters that can move as fast as you can fly, (I feel bad for anything that isn't a wing diver!). Which is OK, normally. However the two super massive baddies kill you if they touch you whilst doing one of their attacks. In Monster Banquet you have one such monster roaming the map. You can't stand on the building for long before they get knocked down. And you have lots of baddies to kill. Eventually you are going to end up on the ground and the big monster will be standing on top of you. I can't usually stand on a building before my jet pack has fully charged before the monster breaks the building. Like I say; they move as fast as you can fly and they follow you like they are glued to you.

I kill as many of the supporting queen and king monsters. But eventually the massive monster gets aggro'ed and so far that means I'll be dead the next time I end up on the floor with my jet pack out of juice.

Are you supposed to kill the massive monster? Or will a Mecha turn up? I'm not sure you even can kill them. What do you do?

I've not failed more than twice, (maybe three times), on a mission so far and I'm on normal difficulty. This just confuses me.

Monsters don't aggro until you shoot near them, so you can pull them one at a time, and save the big monster for last. Yes you are suppose to kill him, and some weapon drops at this level will let you do so. The big monster's attack are easy to dodge, and you can shoot him in the back while he's recovering from an attack.
