You never notice it because in a level with as many frogs that is required for this to happen? You're likely far away, or you go for body shots. Like I said, if you wanna test it for yourself? Go to iron wall, shoot the head off and watch the texture. Shoot the arm off while they are alive and the texture does not stretch. It's a way to save you frames, it's smart to be fair, but it is worrying until you know why it is happening.

Yup! But it is good to know it isn't you, just the game itself. I didn't even notice it until hardest mode, when the frogs had time to get up to me.
