Luxury Real estate investment seems to be impossible at a certain point

This is the 2nd time in a game, that i want to make the more cashflow possible before finishing the last objective to win.
But at a certain point (200k-300k of cashflow), i don't know why, it's impossible to invest on luxury real estate. Every time I want to invest to spend my cash in bigger project, a text box telles me that i found nothing. But i got all the diploma / workshop + network needed to invest ?

Have you ever encountered this problem ?

I know how to buy real estate. I know this wiki. But the problem is not even mentionned.

The problem is when I want to buy more luxury estate. I can just buy 2 luxury buildings, and after that, if I want to buy more, i have a message "You found nothing", advising me to follow some workshops and develop my network, even if i've made all the workshops / diplomas and develop my network to the maximum level.

There is not an unlimited amount of property's or businesses to buy so you have got all available you have to wait for the AI to sell if they have any, you will end up buying and selling the same property's over and over as the value goes up and down.

During a crisis, you won't be able to buy most of real estate objects, and none of large. Was there a crisis during your game?

Also, there's not so many large real estate objects, just 5. It's not a lot compared to 18 small and 18 medium.

Even if it was the end of the crisis, i was not able to buy luxury estate.

I've done 4 differents games, with different characters and situations, to see if I've done something wrong.

In fact, at the beginning, the luxury is available, but not affordable of course. But when I'm in the late game, i've generally a 150-300k cashflow (with restaurants, job lvl at max and many medium real estate). This is generally the moment when I want to buy luxury real estate.

Sometimes, i buy the 3 million dollars residence. But I want the next step, for example the 9 million building. So i sell the 3m residence, and i'm rolling the dice, waiting to find the estate square.

At this point, I'm never able to buy luxuxy estate, always the same message "you found nothing, try to get education + network" => i'm at the max, with all workshop / diplomas. 4 games different and the same message, i'm wondering if it's a bug of something ?

It might be interesting to let the player have the possibility to increase his cash flow almost infinitely, especially by being able to buy as many luxury goods as he wishes. Some players like to set goals, such as reaching 1m of cash flow.

Just a quick question, have you had 5 other large real estate investments? These are hotel, townhouse, production base, warehouse, business center.

After the crisis I have never seen a large real estate place appear again, only beforehand.

After playing that particular game a bunch more what happened was I had to wait for all the crisis to resolve first before they appeared for sale so I had basically finished the match before that happened.
