Stuck

I've gone just about everywhere I can see to go. I've discovered the A, B, and C orbs, and where they go, but I can't find the fourth. There's also a wall or two I can't break (not the timer vines), even though I have both the charge beam and the claw. The only remaining place I see to explore is in the lower right corner, in a big room with hot water, but I can't wall dash up to the opening above me and it's impossible to go through the hot water, I only get halfway before overheating.

I'm stuck at the exact same point. I've beaten the wind area boss and it's not clear where to go next. I've explored and found a lot of option power ups and shortcuts, but no way forward.

In addition to the hot water room, there are two other rooms were I seem to be missing something: a speed wall in the B room and spike+blue ghost in the bottom left water.

Edit: Nevermind, it seems I didn't save the pickup of the Heat Resistance in the mountain. Managed to progress after. Seems you need to go to a save point after grabbing an upgrade.
