Push the Button game locks

It happened twice to me in Push the Button (6 games played in total), that after pushing the button and choosing people to throw out, the remaining ones could not vote Yes/No but just saw the normal screen (showing the info about all crew members) forever. We reconnected, waited 5 minutes, the vote buttons never appeared, and the game couldn't continue but was basically locked.

In the other 4 games it was never a problem and it didn't matter who pushed the button.
