Semiautomatic gear shift

Hello, have the impression the semiautomatic gear shift, shifting up relativly late in comparsion to other rally games!? Am I wrong?

No you're not wrong but it's always been a disadvantage performance wise to use auto shifting in games.

If you hard to use manual try to use automatic couple of time theres no rush there. Unless you competing world wide.
