I have 3 controllers, but I can't get more than one controller to work. I've pushed every button imaginable on the other controllers but it won't add them in on party mode.

What controllers are those, Coarse Hair?

Have you tried toggling controller configuration support on Steam before launching the game? You can do this by entering Big Picture Mode (right upper corner of the Steam client), then going to Settings (cogwheel icon) and toggling your controller's Configuration Support in Controller Settings.

Only one player can play on the keyboard. Others have to use controllers. If anything changes in this matter, I'll let you know!

Are you using PS4 controllers only or others as well? I played with multiple PS4 controllers, so no worries, I'm sure you'll work it out soon.

Please firstly try toggling PS4 controller configuration support before launching the game. You can do this by entering Steam Big Picture Mode (right upper corner of the Steam client), then going to Settings (cogwheel icon) and toggling PlayStation Configuration Support in Controller Settings.
