Once you import the character into blender you can export it to obj or any other file supported by Silo2 and then you can simply bring the character in and make any edits as you see fit =] - It might seem a little strange that you have to do that but its the only way to get the files working within Silo at least the only way that I know of... I've often used Blender and other free softwares to convert my files to make them compatible with most applications as well as just to offer clients as many different formats as possible.
