(2024) : FPS drop problem

Hello everyone,

I have only just bought the game and I quickly realized that I have micro-loss of FPS quite regularly for no reason.

I go from around 140 to at least 70 I would say but it's done so violently that it feels like a freeze for a mili second.I have an AMD Radeon 6700 XT so I tried several native settings in the dedicated software but nothing worked.

Even lowering the graphics to the lowest level doesn't change anything and obviously that's not the problem. Anyone know where this could come from?

I just bought the game today and I've got the same problem... And the problem isn't my pc I can played at games like Cyberpunk in full ultra. If you find a solution keep me up, please.

Hey, I'm coming back for you cause after sending my previous message I search a lot on how I could optimize my game so I can play correctly.
To be honest, there is no miraculous solution for this problem, that's apparently just how the game is unfortunately. But I manage to make my game less laggy, here what I did :
First I update my NVIDIA panel, after I change the setting of my game through the NVIDIA panel, I put my max frame rate to 30 fps, put the latence in Ultra, and finaly put my game in high performance in the NVIDIA panel. I also put the game in High consuming in the task manager (in details).
After that in the game I desactivated the VSYNCH, and I put the game in windowed without borders. I also obviously reduce the quality of the game even if I know my pc can handle it.
With all of that you should have a game running at 30 fps, with less lags, I'm saying less cause there's still some freeze time to time, but not as bigger than at the start.

Thank you very much for the feedback, I admit that I gave up and asked for a refund after contacting the studio, that they had a diagnostic done and that ultimately nothing happened.
At least this topic is there for those who will have the same problem in the future ! Be warned. The game clearly looks like it's going to be great, it most certainly is from what I've seen, but major stability issues for no apparent reason
