question about game

I have an issue. When going to diner in order to ask waitress to fix me a cheeseburger.


I automatically have a W (cat sense) screen. I made some screenshots;

So, keyboard and mouse are finding a bunch of areas (see screenshots) that should be causing a trigger.

Nothing in this diner is triggering despite what the screenshots are showing.

If I choose to press back key on keyboard I am moved to a black screen. I hear sound and music. If I tap keys (back key for instance) I hear the "swoosh noise" this action makes. Despite all this you can sit and wait and wait and wait but black screen does not clear. What is wrong?

What am I doing wrong?

Now,I need help with Mr.Yale in Hospital Bed about to be shot by Ms.Dunn

I can't do this. I have practised hundreds of times.

shows that the person making this walk through had their timer expire here BEFORE observing gun in purse. I don't have any option to continue action scenario once timer expires. How is it that this person has the option and I do not?


Why would two separate walk throughs of the same game and the same action sequence give completely different ways to solve issue ------- in particular one walk through being simplified and the other suggesting player make completely unnecessary action moves that appear to be utilsed solely to disturb and frustrate people?

In the scenario involving O'Leary confronting Jimmy and eventually shooting him;

Would it have been possible under any circumstances for Blacksad to have been able to save Jimmy?

Witin game the only command that prompts player at this moment is D

Hitting D key however only directs Blacksad to take cover on the floor.

That is the end of scenario------Dog Police Chief is shot and that is end of game.

In walk through however,Blacksad knocks gun out of Dog Police Chief's paws and gun lands on hospital bed.

Even in walk through it does not show what keyboard keys are utilised to make this "knock off gun and land it on bed"


What is the keyboard combination that should be pressed here at this moment?
