I tried messing with my nVidia panel settings to turn of v-sync and such but had no improvements. In-game settings don't change anything either, ultra and low both act the same way. Tried fullscreen and borderless as well. I'm enjoying the game but I started to get dizzy so I'll have to stop until there is a fix.
Im on a 3800x and rtx2080
the devs are aware of the issue and this is currently being test internally.
For those who have severe frame-rate issue, please do not hesitate to contact us via the support.
Please also join a picture of the part where this happens, if it always happens in one specific area of the game.
Also, join your dxdiag.txt so this can be investigated further more.
Best regards,
First of all - I really appreciate you for your community-service. You are doing very well answering all the questions. A lot of big gaming companys could learn from you! Hats of, good sir.
But back to my question - Are you just trouble-shooting the inconstancy of 30fps or are you working on 60fps but it's not stable enough yet? If you "only" work on the 30fps issue, that's not gonna do it for me and I would have to return the game. 30fps would be waaaaaaay to less for a game on a PC (actually even 60 in my opinion, but we all seem to have resigned so much that we welcome stable 60fps on PC).
Thank you. I take the compliment.
However, even though I can tell you that the teams are working on frame-rate issues and the overall performance, I cannot confirm or infirm that they are working on the 60 fps.
I will try and get information on this, but I cannot promise anything.
Best regards,
