Tower

Level 3:3 has the windmill on a tower..
I cannot for the life of me figure out how to build a track more than one layer up.
Any suggestions?

click once to put a bridge down, click on the same spot again to make the bridge one level higher. One more time and it's high enough to match the windmill level. I regenerated the map until I had a 2nd level platform/tower nearby that I could bridge from without needing a lot of material
