You can access the GameCore during the life sim sections of the game, but not on the Axon City Map. Head into a district and then you can bring up the GameCore.

If you're using an Xbox Controller, it's the X button. If you're using a keyboard, you can use either the TAB or C keys.

Depending on where you are and what time of day it is, different insects will spawn in the InsectiVirus minigame. There's a unique Max Heart Minute event each day that tells you which store is holding a sale. It doesn't matter what time of day you watch Max Heart Minute, but it updates daily.

Heart Beats shows your relationship level with different characters and you increase these levels by spending time with characters during the life-sim sections of the game. The Contacts screen shows you where particular characters are at each time of day, so you can track them down if you want to spend time with them.
